As a Founding Member of T.I.C.A., the industry trade association, Marc has taken a major role in developing the overall TIC Industry, and he has four times served as a Board Member and a former V.P. of T.I.C.A. He is currently a President's Circle member of The Real Estate Roundtable. Marc has previously owned a national commercial brokerage company with 70 commercial agents, and for 17 years served as the head of the REO (foreclosure) Property Sales Divisions for Prudential, and Merrill Lynch.
He is an accomplished speaker with appearances on CNBC, NBC, CBS' Market Watch, is a frequent panelist at national real estate symposiums, and with SCI has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Barron's, Kiplinger's, and the Los Angeles Times.
Marc was recently named to the Board of Directors for the City of Hope, an innovative biomedical research, treatment and educational institution dedicated to the prevention and cure of cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. He is the creator of "Racing for Hope", a thoroughbred horse racing charity event attended by over 300 people annually to raise funds for the City of Hope to find the answer to cancer.
